The colored card includes seed of Coreopsis, a beautiful plant that feeds ladybugs with its nectar and pollen. In absence of the infamous plant louses, the ladybugs are forced to a vegetarian diet, but as great carnivore they don't like all types of plants. The nectar and the pollen of coreopsis are un acceptable substitute able to hold them back until the succulent small animals won't arrive.
