In case of shipping delay or in case you get a damaged parcel, please accept the parcel form SDA only with reservations. Please contact us.

The shipping risk is on the client side. We don't accept claims after 8 days of the receiving of the parcel. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is Bologna.
